Reserve our Event Space

Our dynamic event space, The Event Center at The Rev. Pearly Brown Music Park, is available for your next memorable occasion and is ideal for private events and functions. Located at 721 West Church Street, Americus, Georgia, the Center offers a variety of rental options: hourly, daily, or weekend rentals. The hourly rate starts at $175.00 with a three-hour minimum, and the daily rate is $800.00. Weekend rentals, which include kitchen facilities, are available at $1400.00. A $75 cleaning fee applies to all rentals, and a $300.00 security deposit is required.

Capacity limits will be strictly adhered to, with estimated guest counts provided by the renter. Alcohol service is permitted, contingent on Georgia laws, local ordinances, and agreement terms. The renter must provide licensed security personnel for events serving alcohol. Our space accommodates dancing, music, and bands (with prior notice) while ensuring noise ordinances are respected. Smoking is prohibited, and only service animals are allowed. Adequate parking is available on-site. In the case of damage, the renter is responsible for costs, and liability insurance may be required.
